- We need flexible options that consider a wide range of access barriers.
- We will share our process openly and are always open to suggestions for improvement.
The TWF offers direct financial assistance to transgender, nonbinary and gender expansive community members. These funds are specifically intended to assist community members with barriers to gender-affirming medical care. For example:
- Appointments with healthcare providers needed for gender-affirming care
- Prescriptions or medical supplies
- Logistical support for accessing an affirming provider, including but not limited to, travel, childcare, and lodging.
- Financial coverage for medical procedures
