- You will receive an email to set up a video Welcome Call with one of our staff members. **If you do not receive this email, please check your spam and trash folders.
- Initial welcome call
During this video call, our staff will:- Listen for understanding about each individual’s unique situation
- Provide introductory resources appropriate for individual’s needs
- Explain what to expect when engaging with HSZ&W
- Make a connection to help reduce overwhelm, anxiety, etc.
Peer consultations
If you need further assistance navigating your next steps after your welcome call, please reach out to J at this link. This could include sharing specific resources to meet your needs, recommendations on medical providers, updating legal documents, ideas on volunteering or advocating for the community, etc.
Trans Adult Social Club (TASC)
This social club is for trans adults in Richmond & surrounding areas looking to make connections, share resources, and have fun. Out of abundance of caution, our event locations will only be shared with folks after they RSVP for an event.
